If you have served or are currently serving in the U.S. military, submit an official Joint Services Transcript (JST) or Community College of the Air Force (CCAF) transcript. Graduates of CCAF should also submit a copy of their web progress report.
If you have completed fewer than 30 college credit hours, you must submit an official high school transcript listing date of graduation or official GED scores. Applicants who have taken the ACT/SAT may submit those scores.

Webster has a generous transfer credit policy and recognizes transfer credit from many different sources. For example, credit earned through exam, dual credit programs, certain military experiences, corporate training programs, and credits earned from accredited colleges and universities are all considerations when transferring. College-level credits successfully earned from an accredited college or university will most likely transfer and count toward your degree at Webster.
To review what may transfer from your previous school, a helpful tool is 黑料网's Transfer Equivalency Database. You can also request an unofficial transfer credit evaluation from your admissions counselor.
Note: Information within the database should be considered unofficial and is not an exhaustive list of all possible transfer credits. Official evaluations of transfer credit are completed by the Registrar's office once students are admitted to Webster and official transcripts are received.
Transfer of Credit with Degree
Courses included in a completed Associate in Arts (AA) degree, Associate of Arts in Teaching (AAT) degree, Associate in Fine Arts (AFA) degree, Associate in Science (AS) degree, or Associate in Applied Science (AAS) degree from a regionally accredited institution will transfer to 黑料网 provided they are college level (100-level or above). 黑料网 will accept coursework completed prior to the date the degree was awarded, up to a maximum of 90 credit hours of transfer credits. Transfer credit will generally be granted for college level courses completed with a passing grade. Courses completed with the grade of 鈥淒鈥 may transfer with restrictions.
Transfer of Credit with No Previous Degree or Certificate
Coursework completed as part of a certificate program or coursework completed not leading to a degree will also transfer to 黑料网 provided it is college level (100-level or above) with a passing grade. A maximum of 64 credit hours of community college credit may be transferred without an Associate degree.
Ready to Get Started?
You may apply for undergraduate admissions as early as one year before you plan to transfer. Webster operates on rolling admissions, but apply early and be aware of scholarship, financial aid, and housing deadlines, as well as audition/portfolio review dates if applying for a fine arts program.
If you plan to apply for financial aid, submit the FAFSA (Webster's school code is 002521) and Webster Financial Aid application. The priority application deadline is February 1 prior to the beginning of the academic year in question. Types of aid offered at 黑料网 include grants, loans, work-study and scholarships.
Webster awards merit-based scholarships for eligible students at the time of admission. Be sure to check out additional transfer scholarship opportunities and be aware of upcoming deadlines for our competitive transfer scholarships.
Once your admission to Webster is complete and you are ready to register for your first semester, the Academic Advising Center will assist you with your first registration appointment. Here, we will help you understand how the credit you鈥檝e already earned will fit into 黑料网 requirements for your chosen major, for the Global Citizenship Program (Webster鈥檚 general education program), and electives. We鈥檒l also orient you to our academic policies and work to get you assigned to a faculty or staff advisor in your major program.
Important Notes:
- Review the pre-advising workshop and register your Connections account prior to your appointment.
